Paul Kerner is the founder of New Age Golf, a modern mentorship and player-development company built on discipline, identity, and long-term growth. Paul is known for translating complex biomechanics into simple, repeatable feels that transform golfers fast — from juniors to college athletes to elite amateurs.

A graduate assistant coach at Bowie State University, Paul has experience building competitive teams, developing talent pipelines, and guiding players through the full journey from beginner fundamentals to tournament performance. His coaching integrates Sportsbox AI, biomechanics, PDI scoring, short-game identity systems, and Tour-level calibration routines, making his approach one of the most structured and modern in the DMV.

Before founding New Age Golf, Paul worked for the Cameron Champ Foundation, where he learned what it takes to run an entire golf operation — from pro shop management and junior academy development to community outreach and nonprofit partnerships. He has coached in Maryland, California, Florida helping juniors reach college golf and adults build confidence, consistency, and discipline through the game.

Paul’s coaching style is rooted in mentorship. He believes golf is a vehicle for personal growth — teaching discipline, leadership, faith, and character. His mission is to give athletes access to elite coaching, meaningful mentorship, and environments where they can grow on and off the course.
